Professional Learning & Support Circle #2
For newly-qualified doctors as they embark on their career.
This is an invitation for newly qualified doctors to come into safe, on-line spaces to meet and to think and feel about how it is for them and to reflect on what supports and comforts them during difficult times.
Introductory session will be offered on the 19th & 28th of May 2020 from 6.30 – 8.00 pm
Participants will then have the option to sign up to 4 fortnightly sessions, with a maximum of 8 participants (max 90 minutes on-line via Zoom). This session aims to provide a confidential, safe, facilitated, free, supportive, informal and friendly space. The aim of this Learning Circle is to create a space for doctors to connect with and reflect on their present work experience. The focus is on personal resilience, self-care and peer support. The approach will be informed by Ag Eisteacht’s ‘ABLE’ Brief Intervention Model.
Facilitators: Dr Maeve Hurley & Rose Crowley
